The YCP annual Member Conference gathers together young professionals from diverse industries and geographies for an inspirational weekend conference led by some of the nation's most exciting Catholic role models. In addition to numerous social events, attendees grow stronger in their conviction to Work in Witness for Christ through challenging speeches, inspiring meditations, and renewing faith formation, equipping them to leave the weekend with the confidence and courage needed to become the next generation of Catholic leaders.

Read more about this year's conference!

YCP’s 2018 Member Conference: Mary, Star of Hope will lead you through a refreshing mix of talks, prayer, fun, and fellowship. Together we’ll learn how to imitate Mary’s ‘Fiat’ - her yes to God’s will. We’ll experience the richness of Mary’s role by exploring important Marian devotions, prayers, and apparitions. We’ll pray the rosary together and make a unified commitment to have recourse to Mary during the workday.

You will be able to customize your conference experience by choosing breakout sessions that are most appealing to you. And in true YCP fashion, we’ll have an unforgettable formal gala on Saturday evening in honor of Our Blessed Mother’s birthday. This weekend will be more than “just a weekend” as it will revitalize your faith and expand your friend base. Join young Catholics from across the U.S. on an adventure of hope and promise!

WHO WILL BE JOINING YOU?

  • Several hundred young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s from cities across the country, including Members from our current YCP chapters

  • Well-known Catholic speakers, executives and business leaders

  • Bishops, priests, nuns and consecrated persons from all over the U.S.
  • YCP’s annual Member Conference is for Catholics that strive to grow deeper in their faith and perform their professional vocation for the glory of God. Attendees find that they are supported by a national network of like-minded young Catholics who strive to ‘Work in Witness’ alongside them, strengthening their Catholic identity and empowering them to act as ambassadors for Christ in all aspects of their lives, including the workplace.

WHAT PAST ATTENDEES HAD TO SAY:

  • “I’ve been raving about it to anyone who would listen!”

  • “The conference challenged me to move forward in a practical way with steps I've been putting off to grow in my spiritual life.”

  • “Fantastic! Very informative and inspiring speakers. So many friendly and fun people to meet!”

What do you do with $200, a garage, and a passionate desire to spread the message of Christ throughout the world? Start a Media Network!

That’s just what Mother Angelica did in 1981 when she started the EWTN Global Catholic Network when she transformed the garage of her Poor Clare monastery in Alabama, into a TV network. Through God’s Providence, that humble beginning 37 years ago has become the largest religious media network in the world!

EWTN’s 11 TV channels are now broadcast in multiple languages to over 275 million television households in more than 145 countries!

EWTN platforms also include radio services transmitted through 500 radio affiliates worldwide including right here in Cleveland via AM 1260 The Rock!

EWTN is proud to once again be a sponsor of the Young Catholic Professionals Member Conference here in Cleveland. The Network share’s YCP’s goal to inspire young people to grow deeper in your faith and to act as ambassadors for Christ in all areas of your lives, including the workplace.

EWTN offers young adult Catholics a variety of programs such as Real Life Catholic with Chris Stefanick, You’re Amazing with Justin Fatica, Life on the Rock and EWTN Pro-Life Weekly. These programs and many other resources offered by EWTN will keep you engaged in the New Evangelization wherever you are!

EWTN is a beacon of light in a world that is starved for the Truth. Though the medium may change, EWTN’s mission remains the same: putting the media at the service of the Gospel!

    Who We Support:

  • Catholic Charities: As one of the largest comprehensive health and human service organization in the region, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, carries out Christ’s healing mission for those who are hurting – people who are hungry, homeless, unemployed, facing addictions, elderly and alone, and people with mental and physical disabilities. Each year, Catholic Charities serves more than 400,000 individuals in need – no matter their background, race or creed. • Catholic Education: With the Gospel at its heart, Catholic schools provide a loving, nurturing environment where the entire community of parents, teachers, students, and supporters are committed to academic and personal success. More than 3,100 students receive needs-based tuition assistance annually, thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in the value of Catholic Education.
  • Catholic Worship and Formation: Borromeo Seminary and Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology, located in Wickliffe, remain an important house of formation for the Church of Northeast Ohio. Men who live, pray, and study in preparation for the priesthood learn to speak the language of the Spirit that reaches into the hearts of their brothers and sisters in Christ. In addition to priestly formation, the seminaries provide formation for deacons as well as lay men and women.
