Deadline for sponsorship registration is August 1, 2019

All items associated with your Member Conference sponsorship level need to be submitted/completed by August 1, 2019

If you are a Gala Table Sponsor, you and your 9 additional table guests (including the 2 guests of your choice that receive admission to the Ambassador Summit and exclusive Gala VIP Reception) need to be registered through the form included in your confirmation email by September 1, 2019

Each pass included with your sponsorship package provides 1 person with admission to all Member Conference liturgies, keynote presentations and breakout sessions throughout the weekend. All-access passes also include lunch on Saturday and tickets to our Saturday evening gala where dinner will be provided. Your pass provides you with the opportunity to engage with conference attendees at all times during the conference, whether at your booth or walking around the event venue.

Your booth includes (1) 6' table, (2) chairs, (1) table cloth and Wi-Fi unless otherwise specified or discussed with your YCP Staff contact. Wi-Fi access details will be provided on-site.

If you plan to sell any products at your booth, we recommend having someone present at all times.

Full Travel & Hotel details

You are not required to book a room through the Hilton. You are welcome to book at another hotel or use Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

If you need to ship any items to the conference venue ahead of time, shipments will be accepted beginning September 9, 2019. Please make sure your packages are set to arrive on the 9th or after.

Amission to our Saturday evening gala is included in each all-access Member Conference pass you recieve with your sponsor package. Attire is black tie optional. Check-in for the gala opens at 5:30 PM on Saturday, September 14th with fun activites and raffles available in the lobby outside the ballroom for all gala guests beginning at 6:00 PM. Doors open to the ballroom for seating and gala programming promptly at 7:00 PM.

Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, September 14th. All other meals will be on your own. Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the weekend for all Member Conference guests.

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2010, with a mission to challenge, train, and inspire young adults working in various professions to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP is dedicated to fostering Catholic identity, encouraging community and inspiring a call to action for young people. YCP is one of the nation’s fastest growing young adult ministries, with 20 chapters that stretch across the United States. YCP can be found in cities like Orange County, Portland, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, Denver, Jacksonville and New Orleans, and more!

Through spiritual direction, mentorship, career counseling, networking, catechesis, retreats, national conferences and more, young Catholics in their 20’s and 30’s are empowered to witness their faith at work and through work, performing their professional vocations for the glory of God and seeing their workplaces as a natural site for evangelization. YCP’s programs and events help members interact with seasoned Catholic professionals who have already made the choice to live out their faith in all aspects of their lives.

As a countercultural movement among a demographic of underserved adults, YCP seeks to gather, equip, and deploy young Catholic professionals back into their parishes as devout servant-leaders positioned to serve and edify both the Church and the world. To be sure, YCP's Catholic roots are deep and unwavering. Inspired by the challenge of Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI to raise up a new generation of hopeful Catholics, YCP represents that long-needed missing link to bring young professionals deeper into Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.

    On an annual basis, YCP members from diverse industries and geographies gather for an inspirational weekend conference led by some of the nation's most exciting Catholic role models. In addition to numerous social events, YCP members grow stronger in their conviction to 'Work in Witness for Christ' through challenging speeches, inspiring meditations, and renewing faith formation. At this conference, YCP members forge meaningful relationships that develop into lasting friendships and even potential business partners! Our Members find so much joy in knowing that there are Catholics all around them that share their same values and passions. At our annual National Member Conference, we are able to delight in these commonalities and the gift that is this national family by uniting these young people together to further their relationship with Christ and one another.

    Strengthened by the hundreds of other young professionals striving to ‘Work in Witness’ alongside them, young professionals will leave YCP’s National Member Conference with the confidence and courage they need to become the future leaders of our Church and feel empowered to act as ambassadors for Christ in all aspects of their lives, including the workplace.
